The starting price is based on the 12-month rate. It is a rate reference, not confirmation that a 12-month stay is available. Your dates and stay length determine the quoted rent; shorter stays can have a higher monthly rate.
The monthly rate covers rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, and monthly cleaning during your stay. There is no key money, agent fee, or guarantor fee. Depending on the home and stay terms, a refundable deposit and one-time move-out cleaning or restocking fee may apply; we disclose them separately before you book.
