Your monthly rate covers rent, furniture, Wi-Fi, utilities, one professional cleaning per month, and access to our concierge team. Depending on the property and stay terms, a refundable security deposit, move-out cleaning fee, and restocking fee may apply. We show any one-time fees before you book.
How long can I stay? +
From one month to a year or more. Our leases are flexible enough to fit work assignments, sabbaticals, or longer-term relocations. If your plans change, we're happy to adjust.
Do I need a guarantor or Japanese bank account? +
No. We handle the lease and all the paperwork on your behalf. There's no need for a guarantor, hanko stamp, or Japanese bank account.
What kind of support do I get? +
Our concierge team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp, LINE, or email. We help with restaurant bookings, translating mail, planning trips, coordinating repairs, and anything else you need — all in English.
What happens on move-in day? +
